Yuyang Zhou 周宇洋
I’m currently a master student in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e).
I received my bachelor’s degree in 2021 in Data Science and Big Data Technology from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT). After that I worked in different fields to observe the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and software development in traditional industries, which includes education, advertising, finance and electrical energy. Thereafter, I worked as a research engineer in Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CASIA). I focused on natural language understanding (NLU) and provided a knowledge-enhanced toolkit for it.

I began to establish my own blog in my sophomore year, because it is really fascinating to own a unique website. Every element in my website can be designed by myself, while I could post anything in my own space, which makes me feel over the moon. I established my first blog site by Wordpress platform.
I am keen on recording, so I published my learning notes, excerpts and jottings in my blog. When I graduated from university, I found that the posts in my blog are disordered with low information density. I had not summarized and thought deeply. Therefore, I deleted the posts with low quality in May 2022. I would regard blogging as one of the best ways to motivate myself and improve my writing skills.
